Our individual presentation coaching sessions are customized to you: your experience, your skills, your needs, and your character. That is why we offer individual sessions.
Unlike group training, the individual format allows us to construct each session in a way that is relevant and useful to you. Individual sessions also allow having privacy and to enhance your skills in a safe environment.
Being very to-the-ground people ourselves, we guarantee that our sessions are efficient, practical, and to-the-point. We also guarantee you fun.

Details
Format: individual online session
Duration: 2 hours
Price: 366 EUR (including VAT)
This session is designed individually based on your skills, experience, and needs. We will send you a questionnaire before the session so that we can customize our time together for your demands.

The price of the session will depend on your location (travel costs) and venue (your office or rent is needed)

Do you have a presentation to deliver soon? We'll be able to help you make this presentation as appealing as possible for you.
Together we will work on adjusting your gestures, pose, tone of voice, articulation, keeping the audience's attention and engagement, and any other nuances of your upcoming presentation.
If your presentation is longer than 40 minutes, the session might require extention.

#4: PRESENTATION REHEARSAL

You have a presentation to deliver soon, and you want to rehearse it with professional presenters? Maybe you even want to rehearse it directly at the venue of the event? We are ready to help you. Together with you, we will work on adjusting gestures, pose, tone of voice, articulation, keeping audience attention and engagement, and any other nuances of your upcoming presentation.
The length and price of this session will depend on your location (travel costs), venue (your office or rent is needed), and length of your presentation.

▪You will present your upcoming speech
▪We will observe, and record (if needed)
▪We work together on adjusting presentation delivery (speed, tone, gestures, poses)
▪We together rehearse the most important parts to land your messages
▪Rehearsal might take place at the exact location of the venue (if available)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Language
We deliver our sessions in English or Russian. Our sessions and recommendations are focused on how to make presentation’s delivery more appealing and influential. We do not evaluate the content of your presentation. Therefore, you can deliver speech in any language you want. If your presentation is in English, Russian, French, Ukrainian or Slovenian, we will be happy to provide you with additional recommendations about design, flow and logic of your presentation to make it more resonating and memorable.
Privacy
Building a path to be a great public speaker and presenter is a very intimate process. It requires a person to be open-minded, honest, and even vulnerable. We know that well, as we have been there. We, therefore, grant you full respect for the privacy of your knowledge, experience, skills, or information shared with us. Likewise, we guarantee you that everything that happened within our sessions stays within our sessions.
Setup for online
For online session, we will kindly ask you to have a space for yourself (separate office or separate room). You will also need a wireless headset so that you can freely move around your space, and we can still hear you speaking. Our sessions are usually done in Microsoft Teams, but we are open-minded for alternative online tools, if they are more convenient for you.
Setup for offline
Our offline sessions’ cost will depend upon your location. A quote will be based on travel costs, accommodation, food, and venue (if done outside your office). We will make our best to have reasonable costs for travel. We are based in Slovenia, so you can approximately estimate if it makes sense for us to travel to your location. On top of travel costs, our hourly rate is 150 euro (excluding VAT). We deliver offline sessions in Europe, Turkey, and Israel. We do not deliver trainings in Russia. Contact us if your country is not mentioned and we will see what we can do.

About Maria
I am Maria Melkova, a corporate professional with 30+ years of experience in international corporations (PwC, Sharp, Microsoft). I have made hundreds of presentations of various kinds: from small groups of Board of Director members up to online and hybrid events with 20k+ participants.
My most challenging presentation was a Life TV Show, on which I was a moderator. I presented in my native language, in English as well as made a short presentation in Turkish, so I know how it feels when you are not comfortable with the language, but you still need to go onto the stage and do your best. A clear message, appropriate appearance, tone of voice, poses, and other tips for influencing, engaging, and managing the audience – all of this is a skill set that I am ready to share with you.
